You won’t need to create any accounts with ShopStorm, as access to our apps is validated via authenticating your Shopify account and billing. All payments will be managed through Shopify – this way, you don’t have to keep track of payments to several different services.

What support is offered?
We currently offer app documentation and ticketed email support, but video tutorials for our products are coming soon! These support services cover functionality issues and conflicts while using our apps, but do not cover individual customizations or “do it for me” help. You have access to these services for as long as you’re a paying user. You can view more in our Support Policy.

Absolutely! All of our apps offer one-week free trials so that you can make sure it’s the right fit for your Shopify store. We’re confident that you’ll love using our apps, so we also offer a 30-day guarantee: cancel in the first month if you’re unhappy and you won’t be charged for using our apps.
