We currently offer app documentation and ticketed email support, but video tutorials for our products are coming soon! These support services cover functionality issues and conflicts while using our apps, but do not cover individual customizations or “do it for me” help. You have access to these services for as long as you’re a paying user. You can view more in our Support Policy.
Absolutely! All of our apps offer one-week free trials so that you can make sure it’s the right fit for your Shopify store. We’re confident that you’ll love using our apps, so we also offer a 30-day guarantee: cancel in the first month if you’re unhappy and you won’t be charged for using our apps.
Great question! It represents a lot of things to us, but the way we came up with the name is a bit silly.
A couple of our employees were working on a unique Shopify brand for our apps (as our parent company builds more than just Shopify apps). They were bouncing ideas back and forth while sitting on the couch, and called the brainstorming session a ‘couch-storm’. The ShopStorm moniker quickly followed when they realized that we do a lot of “shop brainstorming” as well to create new products.
So that’s where ShopStorm comes from – we’re here to help think of ways to make your selling experience better, to build solutions, and to become a member of your team when you use our apps.
ShopStorm is a SkyVerge brand, kind of like how Gatorade is a PepsiCo brand. Once we realized how much we loved working with Shopify, we wanted to have one, unique banner under which we could unite all of our Shopify products. If you see the “SkyVerge” name on some of our older reviews, don’t stress – the same great people are still behind our apps smile .
