Support Guidelines and Policy
For all support inquiries, we’ll respond within a business day (and usually sooner than that!). To help us out, please let us know:
- What’s wrong
- What you expect your app to do
- Your Shopify domain and (if active) storefront password
Office hours are (usually):
(UTC-4:00 March-November, UTC-5:00 November-March)
We’re out of the office during US holidays (such as Thanksgiving). While we sometimes answer requests outside of normal business hours, we can’t 100% guarantee support outside these times (We’re humans with families, too wink ). Thanks for understanding!
What is Support?
Our support includes:
- Bug / Issue fixes
- Configuration questions or guidance
- Updates for Shopify compatibility
- General issues with app functionality
Our support doesn’t include:
- Customizing Shopify store setup
- Customizing apps for individual store needs
- Setting up or editing products
- Fixing Shopify theme issues
Please be aware that we do not officially offer support outside of the channels specified above in order to make sure we answer tickets in the order they’re received (and don’t miss any!). If you check reviews for our apps you’ll see that our customers love our service and that we resolve issues as soon as possible.
